b'OFER NEWMANOfer Newman was born in 1988 in Kibbutz Ein Hashofet, where he was raised. Since 2019, he has been the CEO of Israel Gay Youth (IGY), an organization that supports LGBTQ young people from across the religious and ethnic spectrum. He was a longtime member of Hashomer Hatzairs movement.GIL PELLEG Gil Pelleg is the Senior Advisor on Strategy and International Cooperation at the Israeli Space Agency. His team is responsible for all international cooperation on science and education as well as commercial endeavors. Gil holds a long and distinguished track record of international cooperation and diplomacy, starting from the U.S.-based Seeds of Peace high school program, through his tenure at the Israeli Air Force as Head of International Exercises, and until his commercial activities today at private and public companies. Gil holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business with a Certificate in Public Policy and a B.A. in Management, Government and Aviation Sciences from the Ben-Gurion University. He is also an active Major in the Israeli Air Force reserve.'
